Flavia graduated with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University in 2013. Only five years prior she had moved to Canada from her home country of Romania.
An enthusiastic physiotherapist that takes pride in her work, Flavia considers the practice and pursuit of physiotherapy her passion. She is fascinated by anatomy and biomechanics and uses her knowledge to diagnose the root cause of her clients’ discomfort and pain. Each client is prescribed a customed treatment and exercise program.
Flava’s treatments include Neurokinetic Therapy, along with Acupuncture, Cupping, Kinesiotaping and modalities like Spinal Decompression, Ultrasound, LASER, Interferential Current, & TENS.
She is also trained in Vestibular Rehabilitation (BPPV) and she has extensive experience with Knee and Hip Replacements.
Besides physiotherapy, she loves walking, biking, spending time in the outdoors and organizing various events for her community.

Kirsten Behm is a graduate of the Master of Science in Physical Therapy program at the University of Toronto and graduated with an Honours Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. She has experience in both outpatient and inpatient physiotherapy in the areas of spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, amputee, acute cardiorespiratory, and musculoskeletal therapy. Kirsten has chosen to focus her career on musculoskeletal/orthopedic physiotherapy, where she has experience working with both simple and complex patients with diverse pathologies, including delivering pre- and post-surgical physiotherapy rehabilitation.
Kirsten moved back to her hometown, Kitchener, Ontario, to begin her physiotherapy career, and is enthusiastic about giving back to the community she grew up in. Her philosophy of physiotherapy treatment involves combining manual therapy and mobilization techniques, specific exercise prescription, and education, with modalities such as TENS, IFC, Ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy.
