Jarrett Amor is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. His focus is on the treatment of pain originating in the muscles from poor posture, repetitive stress and sports injuries. He likes to perform deep muscle work via deep tissue massage however he can also ease up the pressure and include relaxation as a part of your massage experience. Jarrett plans to further his education by attending osteopathy school in the near future.
Cojanna Gruber

Cojanna graduated from Brock University where she received a Bachelor of Arts with honours in Fine Arts. She then chose to pursue her interest in health care, completing courses in Therapeutic Touch, Reiki and Jin Shin Do, A natural progression leading to her graduating with honours from the Medix School of Massage Therapy.
Since becoming a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, Cojanna has been treating sports injuries, postural conditions, aches and pains due to work, pregnancy and motor vehicle accidents.
With a keen interest in life long learning Cojanna has recently taken courses including Indie Head Massage and Lomi Lomi. In the future, Cojanna plans to focus on Manual Lymphatic Drainage and acupressure.
Amanda Martin

Amanda attended the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She graduated in 2006 and has been treating in the Kitchener-Waterloo region going into her 10th year. She has extended experience in working with conditions such as postural stress, repetitive strain, whiplash (motor vehicle accidents), pregnancy, fibromyalgia, everyday aches and pains, and general stress reduction.
Amanda’s approach to treatment is to try and figure out the root cause of the dysfunction. She loves the challenge that sometimes comes with more complicated cases, as she enjoys problem-solving.
She bases her treatment on a structure/function relationship and treats accordingly. But still aims to have a relaxation component that makes it enjoyable.
Amanda has taken other courses in Muscle Energy, Electrotherapy (Tens machine), Hot stone, NISA (level 1), Acupressure (level 2) and is currently attending the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton. (3rd year of 4-year program)
When away from the clinic…
Amanda loves to eat, go winter hiking, swimming, running, and travel is an especially huge passion for her.

I came to Canada from Ukraine in 2018 with my family and am a graduate of Westervelt College (now Anderson College) where I gained successful practical skills while working with clients and excellent feedback from them.
As a Registered Massage Therapist, I have always been interested in human anatomy, how the body works as one whole structure, and how different massage treatment methods help people get rid of their discomfort and pain. I like to help people relax and feel better using exactly the techniques that are needed in each individual case.
I believe that massage is a great way to relieve stress, ease pain, and speed up recovery from injuries.
I specialize in several modalities including Classic Swedish, Deep tissue, Myofascial release, Trigger Point Therapy, and TMJ Massage to help clients with a variety of conditions, from neurological to chronic pain.

Hannah graduated from Fanshawe College in 2023 with an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy with Honours. She is excited to return to her hometown and to her previous work family at Target Therapeutics to start her career as
a Registered Massage Therapist. Hannah is registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
Hannah has always had a passion for helping others. As a competitive dancer growing up, she had a fascination with the human body and how it moves and works. Her interest in anatomy and physiology led her to a career in Massage Therapy
Hannah’s approach to treatment is client-focused to help achieve optimal wellness through a keen understanding of the human body. Whether you are in pain, injured, or feeling stressed, Hannah can treat you accordingly, to manage your symptoms.
In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, hanging out with her two dogs, and spending time with her friends and family. Future goals include continuing education with added therapies such as pregnancy massage, TMJ, etc. to further enable therapeutic treatment for her clients as well as pursuing Osteopathy.
